Jonathan D. Nyaku, CPA, CISA, CA, MBA

Jonathan has 19 years integrated global consulting, enterprise risk management, audit and control experience serving clients in the consumer business, real estate, gaming and entertainment, retail, non-profit, manufacturing, and healthcare industries. The range of services provided includes

He has lived and worked in the United States, Canada, Kenya, and Ghana. Jonathan has real world leadership and management experience and expertise. He has worked for and provided client services for two of the big four global accounting firms. In addition, he obtained a Master in Business Administration degree from Kelley School of Business, Indiana University, with an emphasis in Finance and Strategic Analysis of Accounting Information.

Jonathan was commissioned by one of the big 4 accounting firms National Training and Learning Center in 2006 to develop course material and facilitate “Train the Trainer” for Enterprise Risk Management Services on a national scale.

He is licensed CPA in Tennessee, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

Rita Asemota, B.A., M.S.(Biology), J.D.

 

Rita Asemota has 20 years experience working in the healthcare industry. Her range of experience includes working with attorneys on medical malpractice cases, managing contract services for a nationally recognized physicians group, serving as principal paralegal specialist for a global manufacturer of medical devices, and as a senior manager of contract administration and compliance for an international medical device company.

Rita has world class expertise in contract preparation, healthcare professional payments, policy and procedure preparation and training, including company contract management policies, procedures, and work instructions. Rita is also an expert in the streamlining of day to day workflow and has developed and conducted training on business conduct standards for business associates, especially in the areas of compliance and business conduct. Rita obtained a certificate in healthcare Mediation from the AHLA in 1999.

 

Ray Witherspoon, Bsc, MET(Dip)

 

Ray Witherspoon has over 25 years experience working in the healthcare and manufacturing industries. His range of experience includes maintaining operational compliance in accordance with FDA, EBAA OSHA, ANSI, ISP standards. As Manager of Quality Product Systems for a global manufacturer of orthopedic medical devices, Ray provided leadership in selection and implementation of an enterprise electronic medical device documentation system, regulations interpretation, process improvement, development of SOPs to support regulatory requirements, and training. Ray also provided OSHA safety awareness and training for a global electrical products manufacturer.

Ray has also served as Senior Environmental and Safety Analyst for a $53 billion global diagnostics, pharmaceutical, and medical device company.  As Quality Assurance and Compliance Officer for an international network of eye and tissue banks, Ray provided leadership in validation of medical laboratory equipment, and electronic environment monitoring system, Federal and States government audits, medical records, and human tissue processing procedures.

Ray’s expertise includes HIPAA and Patient Privacy, HITECH, OSHA, and Healthcare Compliance and Process Engineering.  Additionally, he is skilled in the application of the Malcolm Baldridge Quality Model for Healthcare.

Ray is a Certified Quality Examiner, Certified in OSHA Compliance and Work Place Safety among others.

 

James Williams, CPA

 

James is an extensively experienced and goal-oriented consultant with a demonstrated track record in the study, evaluation and documentation of internal controls. He is a highly self-motivated team player and is passionate about the imporvement of processes, systems and the implementation of internal control improvements.

He is also an expert in all phases of the general ledger accounting and standard cost accounting within a manufacturing environment. James has hands-on experience with various application packages such as People Soft, J.D. Edwards, Great Plains, MAS 90 and Oracle Software Systems.

His range of experience which covers a period of over 25 years includes auditing, internal auditing, inventory analysis, process improvement, and special projects. The range of industries he has served in includes healthcare, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, media, and real estate.

Specifically, James has provided services for a Protein Manufacturing Facility as Plant accountant, Internal Audit for a Healthcare Service Provider, and worked as a Senior Capital Projects Accountant for a Pharmaceutical Company. He has also served in public practice as a consultant and has worked on engagements ranging from hospitals, clinics, hotels, restaurants, and medical sales entities for Memphis Conuslting Group, LLC

His Consulting skills include a strong understanding of business strategy, financial management and control, performance measurement and business cycles. He has detailed knowledge and expertise with spreadsheets and databases as a means to enhance business productivity. He is also an expert in root cause identification, analysis, and remediation.
